The angled shank is designed to embed without resistance, supporting deeper engagement. The anchor is produced in different versions to match installation and performance requirements.
The ULTRA Side Pocket Anchor is engineered to engage immediately: bent rear wings are described as forcing a scraping action as soon as the anchor touches the seabed, supporting instant “bite”. Thin fluke tips promote penetration, while the broad contact area and robust fluke profile are designed to deliver holding performance across different seabed conditions.
The angled shank slices through seabed material with reduced resistance, increasing embedding depth. A dedicated swivelling mechanism is described as self-cleaning and designed to operate smoothly over time without jamming.
