Warranty Registration

ULTRA Products provides a lifetime warranty against material defects that could affect anchor integrity, including bending, breaking, cracking, and rusting. Coverage applies only if the anchor was selected using the current ULTRA Anchor sizing chart (at the time of purchase/selection) and used in accordance with the ULTRA Anchor User’s Guide. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

The warranty does not apply to issues resulting from:

• using a size not recommended by the ULTRA sizing chart
• use outside the ULTRA Anchor User’s Guide
• damages, incidents, or losses not directly related to the ULTRA Anchor itself
• shipping/freight costs for returning and replacing the anchor are borne by the purchaser.

To start a claim, contact the reseller you purchased from and send an E-Mail to alex@ultra-cromox.com with the following info:

1. serial number and anchor size
2. invoice copy
3. at least one photo of the issue
4. boat type, length, and loaded weight
5. a short report (what happened, date, and measures taken)
6. anchoring area/ground type and weather conditions

If ULTRA Products confirms the issue, return the anchor via the reseller. If a replacement is available, it will be provided. Otherwise, the purchase price may be refunded. Freight costs during replacement remain the purchaser’s responsibility.
